Workshop Introduction: Traditions are always are some important factors of societies and keeping them in one hand and being updated with the modern world in the same time, is the most important challenge of traditional societies. Architecture and design, as the main parts of a culture always have big effects on societies. Traditional systems and design process and their combination with modern high-technology tools can be a great solution for what architects and designers need today. Artificial intelligence is one of this tool which in this series of TraMod Workshops we will focus on and discuss its effects on architecture and design. About Workshop Keynote Speaker: Tim Fu is a Canadian Architectural Designer working at Zaha Hadid Architects in London, UK. He is part of ZHACODE (Computational research group) where he specializes in algorithmic design and related computational research. He is currently working on projects around the world, where he specializes in parametric façades and A.I. research. He graduated master’s with distinction from the Architectural Association and has experience running computational workshops/talks at Harvard GSD, ACADIA, PA Academy, Digital Futures, etc. His recent exploration with AI in architecture has also been published on Bloomberg, The Sun, NY Post, Daily Mail, and various relevant media
